The project situates itself within the research of Thomas Demand, the German artist who investigates the relationship between image, memory, and the construction of reality. Drawing on the logic of *The Dailies*, the work is based on the practice of building paper environments, photographing them, and then destroying them, turning the scene into a simulacrum without origin. The collaboration with IUAV of Venice and the involvement of its students introduce a collective and process-driven dimension, in which construction becomes a temporary act and photography the decisive moment. Within this framework, my role as photographer is to translate fragile and provisional models into definitive images. Through the fragility of the model and the discipline of the photographic gaze, the project challenges the idea of the image as evidence, bringing document and construction into collision. Photography does not record reality, but simulates it with surgical precision. What remains is a credible trace of something that never existed, an archive of fictional events that claim the same status as memory.
